On Monday, murder suspect and Snohomish County, Washington, jail inmate Joshua Monson stabbed his lawyer in the neck with a pencil.

On Friday he was assigned a new lawyer who he then stabbed with a pencil.

Monson remains in jail awaiting a new lawyer.

As a trained medical professional, it is my esteemed opinion that Mr. Monson has some behavior issues.

Further may I provide a list of lawyers that should see Mr. Monson. Do not worry about the pencil thing it is only a short term pattern that will stop as quickly as it started and will probably be over with the next fifteen to twenty lawyers.

It is arguable that Monson should be denied an attorney since Monson himself is the reason he hasn't had representation. After so many mistrials, it would seem that the defendant's only goal in these assaults is to delay and draw out the process for as long as possible. http://lawblog.legalmatch.com/2012/
