In an effort to curb drug violence in Mexico, the government there is planning to ban toy guns.

Hey, guys, it's not the toy guns that are causing your problems.

But then again, Los Angeles banned toy guns in 1987, and I haven't heard stories of toy gun related violence from there in a long time.
