In the US the biggest bank note you can have is $100. There are singles, fives, tens, twenties, fifties and hundreds. And that's it. There is no higher.
And then there's Zimbabwe, where the country is fighting runaway inflation. They're fighting it by printing more money. The country has just issued the $50 billion note. It's worth about $1.25 American, down $2.20 from last week and $3.30 the week before that.
A $50 billion note is enough to buy you three newspapers. The Herald newspaper is $15 billion a copy, up from $10 in August.
