Jewish people around the world this week celebrated the holiday Purim, which commemorates how Persia tried but failed to kill all the Jews.

This is not to be confused with Hanukkah, which commemorates how Syria tried but failed to kill the Jews.

Nor is it to be confused with Passover, which commemorates how Egypt tried but failed to kill the Jews.

And so on.

I know a lot of Jewish people, to my surprise none of them have horns.

Why people are constantly trying to kill all the Jews is beyond me. They as a culture have contributed to so many wonderful innovations that have improved the quality of life. If it were them the Irish would be eating mutton and cabbage on St. Patrick's day. Pastrami would never have been invented. I could give a rat's ass for the unlevened bread but that just goes to show you not everything about them can be put in the Very Good category. For your information, my dentist is Jewish and he charges less for a filling than the Christian in town.
